YOEYOU offers worldwide shipping to eligible destinations across North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, the Middle East, and Africa.

Our shipping configuration currently covers 199 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many other international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary by country, region, postal code, delivery address, and product eligibility. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available to your location.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be longer during peak shopping periods, major promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. The following estimates apply after your order has been shipped.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. They do not include order processing time. Remote destinations, customs clearance, public holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery times.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are determined by your delivery destination, applicable shipping zone, order value, and available shipping methods.

Eligible orders may qualify for free standard shipping when the minimum order value for their shipping region is reached.

Shipping Rates by Region

All amounts above are listed in USD. Free shipping thresholds apply only to eligible orders and shipping regions. The rates shown are based on our configured shipping zones and may be subject to order-value conditions.

Regional Shipping Details

United States: Standard shipping is available at $10 for eligible orders in our main U.S. shipping region, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $70 or more. A $15 expedited shipping option is also configured for certain eligible orders. Remote-area shipping is subject to separate rates and thresholds.

Canada: Shipping rates vary by delivery region. Certain Canadian addresses fall within our selected international shipping group, while designated remote areas have separate shipping rates.

Selected International Destinations – Group A: Includes eligible addresses in Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, and certain other destinations included in this shipping zone.

Selected Middle Eastern Destinations: Includes eligible addresses in Israel, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and other destinations assigned to this region.

Other International Destinations: Additional eligible countries and regions are covered by separate international shipping zones with standard rates of $49 or $59. These zones do not currently have a standard free shipping threshold.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping may be available for eligible U.S. orders. Available options, charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information about potential import charges before placing your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team. YOEYOU will provide prepaid return shipping instructions when applicable.

Delivery Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include severe weather, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
